Type: Full-Time Outpatient Only Physician-Led Independent Multi-Specialty Group Concierge Primary Care

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, board-certified or board-eligible Primary Care Physician to join The Portland Clinic's collaborative, multispecialty team within a concierge medicine model. This role is intended for physicians who practice relationship-based, membership-supported primary care and who value smaller patient panels, longer visits, and enhanced access for their patients.

Physicians in this role provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients (or all ages for Family Medicine), with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity. The concierge structure allows physicians to deliver thoughtful, unrushed care while maintaining predictable schedules and strong professional sustainability.

With integrated specialty support, EPIC EHR, and dedicated clinical teams, physicians are supported in delivering high-quality concierge care without administrative burden. This is a full-time, outpatient-only role with no hospital call and a clear pathway to partnership.
