We're looking for a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join our outpatient clinic in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This is a full-time, onsite, patient-facing role reporting to the Associate Medical Director

At CenterWell, you will have the time and support to build meaningful patient relationships while delivering high-quality care to seniors in the local community.

What You'll Do
• You will provide comprehensive primary care services to a panel of adult and senior patients.
• You will care for patients with chronic and complex medical conditions.
• You will typically see 12-15 patients per day, allowing for longer visits and stronger patient relationships.
• You will manage longitudinal care plans focused on prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management.
• You will complete accurate, same-day documentation to support quality outcomes and patient care.
• You will manage a daily clinical inbox, including lab review, patient messages, prescriptions, and follow-up care.
• You will coordinate care with specialists, hospitals, community resources, and members of the care team.
• You will apply Medicare risk adjustment and annual condition documentation practices to support comprehensive patient care.

Required Qualifications
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• Active, unrestricted medical license in South Carolina or ability to obtain licensure
• Active, unrestricted DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to start date

Qualifications That Will Help You Excel
• 2+ years of experience caring for senior populations within a Medicare Advantage setting
• Experience supervising Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs)

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$255,000 - $298,500 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
