Introduction to the Role and Practice

Centra Medical Group Amherst is part of a dedicated group of providers that provides comprehensive primary care for the entire family. We provide care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

By joining our team, you will have the satisfaction of providing a full range of care to a varied patient panel backed by a top-rated health care system with a fully implemented EMR and admitting hospitals nearby.

Responsibilities

You Can Expect:
  • Out-patient position
  • 18 -20 patients per day
  • Robust orientation
  • Monday-Friday; 8am -5pm
  • No weekends or major holidays
  • No Call


Qualifications

Required Education: Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant School

Required Certifications and Licensures: Current licensure by the State of Virginia as a Physician Assistant
