Job Description Summary

We're seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our team in Anchorage, Alaska, where you'll deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while enjoying an exceptional quality of life in one of the most beautiful places in the country.

How will you make an impact & Requirements

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients across the lifespan
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and health screenings
• Develop personalized treatment plans and manage medications
• Partner with Advanced Practice Providers and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
• Support quality improvement, patient engagement, and population health initiatives
• Build lasting relationships that help patients achieve their health goals

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Unrestricted medical license or ability to obtain licensure in Alaska
• Current DEA registration
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, or community-based practice
• Passion for preventive care and chronic disease management
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
• Interest in mentoring Advanced Practice Providers and contributing to clinical excellence

Compensation Range:
$211,369.00
to
$317,053.00

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
