Step Into a Role That Truly Matters: Primary Care Nurse Practitioner in Connersville, IN

Are you a passionate, forward-thinking Nurse Practitioner ready to make a meaningful difference? At Meridian, you'll use your expertise to deliver life-changing care while collaborating with an exceptional multi-disciplinary team. You will actively collaborate with treating physician in assessing and monitoring patients' physical and mental health status. Monday-Friday, 8a-5p or the possibility of four 10 hour days

What You'll Do As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Your day-to-day work will empower patients and strengthen community health. You will:
