Minimum Qualifications- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (Arizona license eligible)
- 2+ years of primary care experience as an FNP
- DEA with prescriptive authority
- Commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care
Compensation & Benefits- $120,000 - $145,000 base salary plus wRVU incentives
- $5,000 Sign-on Bonus
