Qualifications:- Minimum 2 years of NP or PA experience in primary, urgent, or immediate care setting
- FNP designation with eligibility for Arizona license OR Active PA license with eligibility for Arizona license
- DEA with prescriptive authority
- Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
