Bookmark Medical is seeking an experienced Primary Care Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) to join a community-based practice in Watertown, MA. Ideal candidates will possess excellent clinical, collaborative, and communication skills, be comfortable using modern healthcare technologies and electronic medical records along with a strong commitment to serve our patient population. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, including adult and geriatric patients
• Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and patient charts
