Optum Washington, (formerly The Everett Clinic) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Soper Hill Primary Care team in Marysville, WA.
Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:
• Outpatient only Primary Care role
• Full-time schedule includes 36 patient contact hours across a 4-day workweek
• Manage your own patient panel and develop meaningful longitudinal patient relationships
• Average of 18-22 patients per day with 30-minute appointments
• Diverse patient population with a strong adult, senior, and Medicare Advantage presence
• Opportunity to focus on Family Medicine or Internal Medicine patient populations
• Collaborative pod-based care model where physicians, APCs, nurses, and MAs work side-by-side to enhance communication and teamwork
• Dedicated support from a 1:1 MA model, RN triage team, and Resource Pharmacists
• EPIC EMR with integrated AI documentation tools
• Ability to incorporate office-based procedures into your practice based on your interests and experience
• Structured onboarding program with dedicated mentorship, fellowship opportunities, and a gradual schedule ramp-up designed to support long-term success
• Team-based care model focused on prevention, patient education, and chronic disease management
• On-site services including specialty care, advanced imaging, laboratory services, walk-in care, and anticoagulation support

Required Qualifications:
• Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Washington license or ability to obtain prior to start
• DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to start
• Current BLS and ACLS certification or ability to obtain prior to start
• One or more years of provider experience
• Experience managing an ambulatory patient panel (preferred)
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $109,500 - $164,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
