Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
UNC Primary Care at Graham is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our primary care team at this brand new, state-of-the-art facility. Ideal Candidate Qualifications - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active, unrestricted North Carolina medical license (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Strong interest in caring for medically complex adult patients
- Demonstrated experience and interest in addressing mental health needs within a primary care setting
Clinical Services Provided - Comprehensive preventive healthcare
- Acute and sick care
- Annual physicals and wellness visits
- Immunizations
- Women's health services
- Management of acute and chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and asthma
- Routine screening and diagnostic testing
Qualifications - Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)
- Active North Carolina license (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience

Education Requirements:- Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) program.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:- Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider (i.e., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner, Certified Nurse Midwife, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) in the state of North Carolina.
- Board certification if required by the Department. DEA.
Professional Experience Requirements:- No prior experience required.
