Full Job Description
About the Role

As a Pricing & Revenue Strategy Analyst, you'll dig into our data to uncover the trends and insights that shape how we price, package, and grow revenue. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role where you'll partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Operations to turn data into strategic recommendations that directly influence company-wide financial outcomes.

You're strong with data - comfortable finding patterns, building models, and turning numbers into insight. But this isn't a heads-down analytics role: you'll partner cross-functionally to understand business objectives and help drive results through data-driven insights. As you grow into the role, you'll take increasing ownership of identifying opportunities and building the business case to bring to stakeholders.

What You'll Do
  • Mine large, complex datasets (pricing, sales, product usage, market) to identify trends, patterns, and revenue opportunities
  • Build and maintain models - such as price elasticity and discount/win-rate analysis - that translate data into actionable pricing recommendations
  • Design and maintain dashboards that make pricing and revenue performance visible and easy to act on
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Operations to bring a data-driven perspective to pricing decisions and new product launches
  • Support competitive and market benchmarking to inform price strategies
  • Help design, test, and monitor new pricing constructs, measuring their impact on revenue and margin
  • Support pricing operations and governance, including tracking discounts, exceptions, and deal-specific pricing requests in partnership with Sales
  • Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes, tools, and data infrastructure
  • As you build business and pricing fluency, take on increasing ownership of specific initiatives and present findings and recommendations directly to stakeholders

What You'll Bring
  • 2-4 years of experience working with data to uncover trends and generate business insights (finance, consulting, analytics, business intelligence, research, or a related field)
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (statistics, data science, economics, mathematics, engineering, finance, or related)
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with SQL, Python, R, or a data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences
  • Curiosity and comfort learning new business domains quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A self-starter mentality and the drive to grow into greater ownership of projects and initiatives over time

Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to pricing, revenue management, or monetization concepts
  • Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, or similar systems
  • Advanced Excel or financial modeling skills

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $70,400 - $110,000 per year, which represents the base pay the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role. Actual pay within this range will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.

Depending on the position, employees may also be eligible to participate in a company bonus or commission plan.
