Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. The Pricing Manager is responsible for leading cost volume efforts including pricing strategy, proposal planning and development and post-submittal activities. Works with proposal managers to develop and edit proposals and oversee production activities.
How you will make an Impact:
- Guides team through proposal pricing strategy for Federal contracts.
- Serves as primary liaison for financial strategy.
- Leads and provides direction to proposal and capture managers assisting with development of proposals and oversees production activities in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) specifications.
- Ensures FAR, CAS and compliance with government procurement regulations with government procurement regulations and RFP requirements.
- Coordinates pricing cost narrative, price strategy, risk assessment and business case analysis.
- Leads Price-To-Win assessments and cost and pricing reviews with senior management.
- Coordinates the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling, and performance elements.
- Researches and analyzes historical data, develops cost models and participates in fact-finding meetings.
- Serves as a member of the contract negotiating team.
- Provides oversight and direction to pricing specialists.
- Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.
- Leverages approved artificial intelligence (AI) tools to enhance proposal development, RFP analysis, market and competitive research, pricing narratives, cost modeling, and related pricing activities.
- Applies appropriate human oversight and validation to AI-assisted work products while ensuring compliance with data security, confidentiality, procurement, and responsible AI requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
- Requires BA/BS in Finance, Business Management, or Marketing and minimum of 7 years experience leading bid/cost proposal pricing process including at least 5 years of leadership and government procurement regulations experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
- This position is part of our FGS (Federal Government Services) division which, per CMS TDL 190275, requires foreign national applicants meet the residency requirement of living in the United States at least three of the past five years
Preferred Skills, Experiences and Competencies:
- Previous Federal Government contracting experience highly preferred.
- MBA preferred.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $114,240 to $187,680.
