As a Pricing & Estimating Manager - Manager Level 1, your role at Aurora, CO will be pivotal in supporting missions critical to national and global security. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work. Ready to join forces with our visionary team?

This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.

As a Pricing & Estimating Manager you will support the career development of a team of pricing analysts. You will be involved with pre-proposal strategic engagement, along with the management of proposals, ROMs and NTEs. You will ensure estimating system compliance and provide recommendations to leadership on pricing requirements, obligations and risks.

In this job, you will:
  • Manage a team of pricing professionals who are engaged in the preparation of new business cost proposals, change proposals and task/delivery orders spanning all contract types
  • Provide oversight, support to and review of all cost proposal products, participate in strategy development and the presentation of financial data to leadership
  • Provide sector representation for major proposals and initiatives, including NAR/ICE and Color Team reviews
  • Review all proposal pricing prior to delivery and senior executive review
  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of pricing or business management experience - OR - Master's degree with 3+ years of pricing or business management experience
  • Requires an active U.S. Government DoD Top-Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope
  • Experience with MS Office Suite


PreferredQualifications:
  • Knowledge of FAR/DFAR or other applicable government regulations
  • Leadership or people management experience
  • Experience with U.S. Government, commercial and international proposals

Primary Level Salary Range: $121,000.00 - $181,600.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date. However, this timeline may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.
