Pricing Advisor I

Job Description:We are seeking a Pricing Advisor I to support our team.
Responsibilities:- Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert.
- Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods.
- Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
- Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.
- Acts as an expert, providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.
- Frequently represents the organization to external customers and clients.
- Exercises significant independent judgment to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.
- May provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.
Education and Experience Required:- Bachelors' degree, or technical/ advanced university degree, or equivalent experience. A master's degree is desired.
- Typically, 7 to 10 years of experience.
Knowledge and Skills:- A comprehensive understanding of HPE's business and end-to-end processes will be required.
- Ability to communicate in small and large settings.
- Experience communicating and negotiating complex pricing methodologies.
- Ability to shape pricing strategies using data and analytics to drive insights and inform customers of willingness to pay.
- Ability to provide strategic and financial consultation to key stakeholders across the organization.
- Business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
- Ability to communicate, connect, consult, and utilize negotiation skills catered to a wide variety of audiences.
- Excellent understanding and comprehension of accounting goals and financial analysis.
- Excellent project management and prioritization skills.
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills to effectively resolve problems.

- United States of America: Annual Salary USD 98,000 - 185,200 in Colorado // 105,500 - 213,500 in California // 92,600 - 213,500 in Texas
The listed salary range reflects base salary. Variable incentives may also be offered."
