Job DescriptionJob Summary:Lead the entire manufacturing business and drive
growth, profitability, and operational performance. This role has full
P&L responsibility and oversees sales, operations, production, engineering, quality, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:- Own revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, pricing, and margins
- Lead sales, marketing, customer relationships, and business growth
- Improve production, quality, efficiency, and factory utilization
- Build and develop strong leadership teams
- Identify and solve business and operational issues
- Expand into new markets and grow the customer base
- Manage working capital and maintain financial discipline
Ideal Candidate:- Proven experience leading and growing a manufacturing business
- Strong P&L, financial, sales, and operations experience
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and results-driven leadership style
- Experience in metal fabrication, machining, contract manufacturing, aerospace, defense, infrastructure, or industrial manufacturing is preferred.
