• Lead all manufacturing operations with responsibility for safety, productivity, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
• Ensure manufacturing capacity, labor resources, and operational systems support business growth.
• Drive improvements in throughput, efficiency, automation, and utilization.
• Establish scalable processes capable of supporting future facility expansion and multi-location operations.

Commercial & Customer Leadership
• Partner with the commercial team to support customer development, strategic account growth, and market expansion.
• Strengthen relationships with utilities, EPC contractors, municipalities, cooperatives, and infrastructure owners.
• Support backlog development and profitable revenue growth.
• Participate in key customer meetings, strategic pursuits, and industry relationships.

Leadership & Organizational Development
• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing management team.
• Establish clear goals, accountability, and performance expectations throughout the organization.
• Develop future leaders and succession plans.
• Foster a culture aligned with the company's values and growth objectives.

Financial Management
• Manage the business with a strong focus on profitability, working capital, cash flow, and return on invested capital.
• Partner with finance leadership to develop budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting.
• Drive disciplined decision-making related to capital expenditures, staffing, and growth initiatives.

Strategic Growth
• Evaluate opportunities for facility expansion, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and new market development.
• Build systems and organizational capabilities capable of supporting future multi-location operations.
• Support the long-term growth of Grid Structures into a leading utility infrastructure manufacturing platform.
