About The Job

The role of Preconstruction Manager at Rogers-O'Brien Construction involves overseeing multiple commercial building projects within a budget range of $10 to $50+ million. The manager is responsible for guiding projects from the conceptual phase through bidding, design, and subcontract bidding phases, ensuring that all stages align with company standards and client expectations.

Collaboration with various departments, including project managers and superintendents, is crucial to address scheduling and construction considerations. The role requires a strong background in construction, excellent communication skills, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-construction to effectively manage the complexities and challenges of the job.
