What You'll Do:- Lead and inspire a pre-owned sales team to consistently hit high-volume and high-gross targets
- Drive deals and desking directly with clients to maximize profit per unit
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales consultants to become top producers
- Develop and execute strategies to move inventory quickly while maintaining premium guest experiences
- Partner with senior leadership to optimize pricing, inventory, and marketing strategies
- Analyze performance metrics daily to identify opportunities and implement aggressive growth plans
- Maintain a visible, motivating presence on the sales floor to energize your team

Who You Are:- Proven track record of success in automotive sales management, especially pre-owned vehicles
- Exceptional leader with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop top-performing sales consultants
- Strong closer with demonstrated deal desk and negotiation expertise
- Driven, ambitious, and results-oriented, with a hunger to outperform goals
- Excellent communicator with superior customer service skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and dealership management systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening (background check and drug test)
