Under general administrative direction, the PCC Program Manager provides programmatic leadership and oversight for pre‑hospital care activities within the assigned Base Hospital area. The role is primarily responsible for the planning, development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of EMS clinical programs, policies, and operational standards, ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and County regulations.
