About the feature:

The Construction Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards. This role requires managing resources, schedules, and subcontractors while maintaining clear communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. The Project Manager will be responsible for risk management, compliance with safety regulations, and resolving any issues that arise during the construction process. They will also monitor project progress, prepare reports, and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date. Ultimately, the Construction Project Manager plays a key role in driving project success and client satisfaction through effective leadership and strategic planning.

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
