Qualifications

• 5+ years of general contracting or construction experience, especially in multifamily ground-up projects.
• Bachelor's degree in construction science, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for effective meetings, both in-person and virtual.
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with internal teams, contractors, and consultants.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong task-management ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction software such as Bluebeam and Procore.
• Self-starter with a strong initiative to work in a team-focused environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
