Responsibilities- Manage daily operations of the mental health practice to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Coordinate schedules and staffing to optimize clinician availability and patient access to care.
- Implement and oversee policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient satisfaction and service delivery.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, billing, and expense management.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational effectiveness and reduce costs.
- Oversee facility management, including coordination of maintenance and procurement of necessary supplies.
- Serve as a liaison between staff, patients, and external stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in operations management within a healthcare or mental health setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
- Experience with RCM and billing practices
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency with practice management software and healthcare information systems.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and patients.
- Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets efficiently.
- Nice to have: experience with Zapier, Notion, CRM systems, or no-code tools
