Shift: 8:00am-5:30pm Practice Manager The Practice Manager oversees daily operations and revenue cycle functions within the faculty practice. This role partners with physicians, staff, and billing services to ensure efficient operations, strong financial performance, and an exceptional patient experience. The Practice Manager also leads staff performance, identifies operational improvements, and supports compliance with organizational standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations and revenue cycle activities for the faculty practice.
- Implement and process human resource actions in accordance with organizational policies.
- Support the onboarding and orientation of new physicians as needed.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
Requirements: Experience - 3-5 years of healthcare practice management, medical office operations, or related leadership experience required.
Education - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
