About the RoleAs Practice Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of INHSG while driving growth, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives. You will serve as a key leader responsible for provider operations, customer relationships, staffing, financial performance, and program expansion.

Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of Integrated Nephrology & Hydration Service Group (INHSG)
- Manage relationships with skilled nursing facilities and key customer stakeholders
- Lead implementation and expansion of nephrology, hydration, PCM, and related clinical programs
- Oversee revenue cycle operations and medical billing processes
- Develop operational workflows, reporting structures, performance metrics, and best practices
- Coordinate provider onboarding, scheduling, utilization, and productivity management
- Monitor financial, operational, and growth performance metrics
- Partner with clinical leadership to ensure quality, compliance, and successful program implementation
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop team members as the organization grows
- Support expansion into new markets and strategic growth initiatives
- Collaborate with executive leadership on business development opportunities and long-term planning
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of healthcare operations, practice management, or provider group leadership experience
- Experience managing multi-site healthcare operations, physician practices, NP practices, or value-based care programs strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle management, medical billing, provider operations, and healthcare workflows
- Experience working with skilled nursing facilities, post-acute care organizations, or provider groups preferred
- Proven ability to build operational processes, scale programs, and lead organizational growth
- Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication abilities
- Self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and make decisions in a dynamic environment

Salary Range: $125,000 - $160,000 annually, plus performance-based incentive opportunity.
