About the JobCincy Heart is hiring a detail-oriented Practice Manager for its new practice. This dynamic and exciting leadership position is in a busy practice, and you will collaborate with the Vice President of Operations to manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic. You will have direct oversight over a multi-functional team of front desk staff, medical assistants, and ultra-sound technicians. This role is responsible for providing day to day operational leadership support and guidance across the practice. Occasional project work, cross-team coverage, and other responsibilities will be expected.
This position is estimated to start in late December/early January as the practice will launch in February 2027.What You'll Do:- Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations.
- Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, provider/testing schedule optimization, and ensuring practice communication through meetings.
- Partner with physician leadership and CardioOne operations to execute practice goals.
- Supervise, coach, and develop clinical and administrative staff.
- Oversee scheduling, registration, patient flow, clinical support, revenue-cycle coordination, and patient experience.
- Optimize scheduling efficiencies to grow practice volume.
- Lead initiatives to improve patient experience and ensure that payment-at-time-of-service metrics are met.
- Monitor operational and financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Onsite HR functions including but not limited to employee coaching, mentoring, employee management, annual review, performance improvements and conflict resolution, payroll and time off approval.
- Coordinate hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations with CardioOne.
- Manage vendors, supplies, equipment, facilities, and practice resources.
- Address patient and operational concerns promptly and professionally.
- Promote compliance with applicable healthcare, privacy, safety, and accreditation requirements.
- Implement process improvements that improve efficiency, quality, scalability, and patient outcomes.
- Facilitate meetings with providers on a monthly basis.
What You'll Need:- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred and/or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ experience in direct practice management including annual revenues, payroll management, and employee performance reviews.
- 1+ years of revenue cycle management experience and TOS service collections and patient billing resolution skills.
- Leadership experience managing clinical and administrative teams.
- Strong understanding of ambulatory practice operations, revenue cycle, patient experience, and healthcare workflows.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- EHR/practice management experience; athenahealth preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Work Location (onsite 100%)This position will be located at the main Eastgate practice but oversight at the West Chester practice as well.
Additional InformationFull-time base salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 dependent on years of experience. You will receive medical, dental, and vision benefits along with a matching 401K.
