Full Job Description
Hours: M-F, 8am - 5pm | No Weekends or On Call
Location: Temple Main; Boyer Building
Setting: Outpatient overseeing Multi-disciplined Cardiology Practice - Temple Heart and Vascular Institute Academic Practice

Summary
The Practice Manager provides direct administrative, clinical and strategic support to the department and site administrator(s), providers and staff of outpatient practice location(s). Works with department senior administrators, site administrators and providers to promote programmatic and financial growth of the clinical practice. Coordinates work efforts in conjunction with other departments within TFPP to ensure that patient intake, navigation and overall satisfaction are realized. Maintains a collaborative and cohesive environment within and between the assigned practice to provide a team effort approach to ensure the success of the programs and/or Departments. Serves in a leadership role collaboratively and independently for programmatic planning and operations of the assigned practice(s), serving as a key conduit for operational improvements, both focused on customer service and revenue cycle compliance. Directs the day to day clinical operations and administrative activities of outpatient practice. Assists the practice coordinators where applicable, supervises the development of office procedures and ensures that policies and procedures are followed. Contacts external vendors, TFP/Temple University Health System and its affiliates for practice operation services.

Experience
5 years experience in progressively responsible administrative support or supervisory/ management roles, Required
General Experience Progressively challenging managerial experience in an organization/division of comparable scope and complexity, Preferred
General Experience with EPIC EMR, Preferred
