Position SummaryThe Practice Manager is responsible for managing, directing, and coordinating physician office operations to ensure

ALL BENEFITS START DAY ONEResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do- Oversee daily operations across practice sites, ensuring seamless workflows and exceptional patient experiences.
- Provide leadership and direction to clinical and administrative teams
- Drive operational and financial performance through budgeting, reporting, and strategic planning.
- Build strong relationships with physicians, staff, and leadership to support practice growth and success.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management for team members.
- Monitor reimbursement processes and collaborate with billing teams to optimize revenue cycle performance.
- Facilitate regular business reviews and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
QualificationsWhat We're Looking For- 3+ years of physician practice management experience required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing budgets, operations, and staff performance
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and revenue cycle processes
- Associate's degree in healthcare, business, or related field
