We are seeking a Practice Manager to support the operational performance of Network180's direct clinical programs. This is an operational role focused on the ongoing functioning of the clinic's productivity and performance, patient access, scheduling, front-of-house and administrative standards, documentation integrity, and front-end data quality--across all direct clinical programs. Working within the standards and targets established by the Director of Clinical Operations, the Practice Manager ensures consistent practice-management operations, sustains workflows, and drives measurable operational results across programs.

This position is 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This position is primarily remote with regular need for onsite work at various Network180 locations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least two years of experience in healthcare or behavioral health operations, practice management, program administration, or related field.

  • Familiarity with practice-management operations, patient access and scheduling, and healthcare operations.
  • Working knowledge of performance and productivity management and operational metrics.
  • Familiarity with concepts, practices, and procedures related to government entities, insurance companies, and healthcare.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, Excel, Visio, and electronic health record and scheduling systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience working effectively in a multicultural environment, with demonstrated ability to bridge language and cultural barriers in serving diverse communities.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for job-related use.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least three years of experience in community mental health, behavioral health, or a CCBHC environment.
  • Working knowledge of the Michigan Mental Health Code, Medicaid programs, PIHP, and CCBHC requirements.
  • Experience with productivity standards, workflow optimization, and data quality and reporting.
  • Familiarity with revenue-cycle interdependencies, including registration, documentation, and Service Activity Log (SAL) management.
  • Certification or coursework in process-improvement disciplines such as Lean or Six Sigma valued.

  • Experience implementing change leadership and change management.
  • Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued.
