Take ownership of driving growth in Healthcare Practice Finance within your assigned market. This role is designed for a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives on building relationships and creating opportunities through independent effort and strategic networking.
Key Responsibilities:- Self-Sourced Growth: Independently identify, engage, and convert new healthcare practice clients. Success in this role is built on initiative, persistence, and the ability to uncover opportunities others miss.
- Expansive COI Network: Develop and maintain a broad network of Centers of Influence-including referral partners, industry professionals, and strategic stakeholders-to generate a steady pipeline of new business.
- Partnership: Collaborate with local Healthcare Relationship Managers in your territory to ensure a seamless client experience. After receiving loan commitment, introduce the relationship and transition the relationship to the local RM for ongoing management and deeper engagement, while positioning the organization as the premier financial partner for healthcare practices.
- Tailored Solutions: Deliver customized financial products and services that meet client needs and drive long-term loyalty.

- Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of healthcare practice financing, secured lending, and credit analysis.

- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage clients and referral sources with confidence.

Typically has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically has seven plus years of direct experience in practice financing with proven success.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
