πŸ” Role Overview:
The Practice Director - Power Solutions is responsible for leading and scaling Crawford's Power Solutions vertical, with a focus on driving strategic growth, expanding market presence, and delivering innovative solutions to clients. This role provides overall leadership for the practice, including identifying and developing new business opportunities, establishing key partnerships, and implementing programs that enhance operational capabilities and improve client outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the Power Solutions vertical, ensuring alignment with Crawford's broader business objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize target industries, clients, and market opportunities to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Continuously evaluate market trends, the competitive landscape, and client needs within the Power Solutions sector.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to expand existing client relationships and cross-sell Power Solutions services.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of operational processes and workflows to support program delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources (claims, operations, vendors, and partners) to deliver seamless client solutions.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop collateral, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for the Power Solutions vertical (e.g., sell sheets, website content, and branding).
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and leader in power and energy solutions within the organization.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment on priorities, investments, and growth strategies.


Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of the power and energy landscape, distribution systems, and electrical components associated with the Power Solutions vertical.
  • General knowledge of risk management, claims, and loss mitigation practices.
  • Familiarity with key industries, including military, manufacturing, data centers, and related sectors.
  • Understanding of supply chain dynamics and equipment sourcing challenges.
  • Ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience building and scaling new business verticals, programs, or service lines.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and functions.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strategic partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess market data, financial performance, and operational metrics.
