Principal Accountabilities of Clinical Manager, RN:- Provides direct patient care, which includes preparation for patient visit, assessment, advocating for patient, working in conjunction with physician with medications, and care plans
- Provides assistance and guidance to Certified Medical Assistants
- Conducts phone triaging
- Oversees medication management
- Educates patients and families, along with coordinating and participating in community education programs.
- Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served.
- Other related duties as assigned.
QualificationsRequired: - Bachelor's required.
- Valid NJ RN License
Preferred:- 5+ years of direct clinical experience managing multiple offices
- 5+ years experience direct Rheumatology or related experience
- Ability to multi task and handle a lot at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Professionalism and confidentiality
