Responsibilities

The Practice Administrator is a key employee of STHS Clinics that oversees a set number of clinics and ensures they are running effectively and efficiently. They also help coach and engage with staff to assure that we are excelling in our commitment to Service Excellence.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Assists the Operations Administrator in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and directing day-to-day functions of programs and activities. Develops and Implements policies and procedures in coordination with corporate direction.
  • Demonstrates Service Excellence and always conveys professionalism with a strong motivation to achieve optimum results. This position is directly responsible for daily operations, inventory, overseeing IT and managed care initiatives.
  • All other duties as assigned.
