Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and strategic Practice Administrator to lead and manage the day-to-day and long-term operations of our medical practice. This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for overseeing key areas of finance, human resources, physician and staff coordination, infrastructure, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategic Oversight
  • Mentor, coach, and advise physicians, managers, and staff.
  • Lead monthly manager meetings and monthly Board meetings, including preparation of agendas, reports, and minutes.
  • Plan and lead all-staff meetings and corporate communications.
Financial & Operational Management
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports; coordinate quarterly distributions.
  • Communicate with corporate accountant, bank, and attorney on financial and legal matters.
  • Review and approve wage offers, conduct annual salary evaluations, and oversee payroll for salaried/professional employees.
  • Manage corporate budgets, expense review, and cash flow discussions.
Human Resources & Talent Management
  • Oversee physician, manager, and staff recruitment, onboarding, and departure processes.
  • Conduct annual evaluations for managers, clinical staff, and APP providers.
  • Coordinate employee benefits, 401K plans, and malpractice coverage.
  • Provide day-to-day HR planning and advice on staffing issues and conflicts.
Practice Growth & Infrastructure
  • Coordinate physician partnerships and recruitment.
  • Negotiate insurance contracts and office lease renewals.

  • Participate in meetings with hospital administration and external partners as needed.
IT & Compliance

Marketing & Patient Relations
  • Oversee practice marketing initiatives.
  • Handle escalated patient complaints that have already been reviewed by managers.
