Full Job Description
Description:
The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Powertrain Testing - Lab Operations function at the Client site.
Reporting to the Manager of Operations - Central Lab Ops, the person in this role will support the Powertrain Testing department's objective to ensure testing readiness.

What you'll be doing:
  • Test Execution: engine, powertrain, or vehicle chassis dynamometers and emission analyzers.
  • Compliance Validation: Verify test results against Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) and certification procedures (such as FTP, HWFE, and US06).
  • Data Analysis: Analyze emission outputs, particulate matter (PM), and fuel economy data to optimize engine performance.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose equipment or vehicle anomalies in controlled test cells and environmental chambers
  • Support on site teams to ensure facilities are supporting current and new R&D activities.
