Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of applications, field, and/or design engineering experience in data center electrical infrastructure.
• 2+ years of AutoCAD drafting experience.
• Strong understanding of data center electrical architecture, including UL 891 switchboards, PDUs, STSs, and redundancy strategies.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical one-lines, schematics, and specifications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically as required.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into engineered solutions for data center electrical systems.
• Prepare submittal packages, proposals, technical documentation, drawings, and compliance materials.
• Coordinate order entry and support projects through production, installation, and field startup.
• Advise customers on power distribution and STS applications and best practices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during equipment installation, commissioning, and operation.
• Provide technical training and presentations to customers, consultants, and channel partners.
• Support product testing and competitive analysis for data center solutions.
• Gather customer feedback to inform product development and R&D teams.
