Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering; 2+ years relevant experience; focus in Power Systems preferred.
• Preferred experience in short-circuit, protective device coordination, arc-flash, and power quality studies.
• Proficiency in power system modeling software such as SKM, ETAP, ASPEN, or EZPower required.
• Knowledge of low, medium, and high-voltage systems (up to 500 kV) is essential.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, necessary for customer interaction.
• Field experience with substations or switchgear is highly desirable.
• Utility design experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze engineering projects, both domestic and international.
• Conduct short-circuit, protective device coordination, and arc-flash studies.
• Perform analyses for power factor correction, harmonic modeling, and grounding.
• Interact with customers to gather critical project information and review engineering plans.
• Work in the field on shut-down, startup, and maintenance projects under guidance of the Field Services team.
