As a Project - Software Engineer II on the Engineering as a Service team, you will be responsible for...
• Design, configure, develop, test, and deploy Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Online, to modernize manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into prioritized Agile backlog items and deliver functionality incrementally through sprint-based development.
• Develop implementation plans, including timelines, milestones, and level-of-effort estimates, and enhance existing solutions to meet evolving client needs.
• Conduct functional, performance, and end-user testing; validate data quality and transfer accuracy; and support release, transition, and handoff activities to government-designated solution owners.
• Create user guidance and standard operating procedures, troubleshoot production issues, implement bug fixes and minor enhancements, and support ongoing maintenance and sustainment activities.

Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor's degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• 1+ year(s) of hands-on development experience in Power Apps
• Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI or SharePoint Online
• Active Secret security clearance required
Preferred:
• PL-100, PL-900, or PL-600 certification
• Experience working in an Agile delivery model
• Experience supporting government clients

This compensation range is specific to California and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,600 to $147,600.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
