Power Platform Developer
We are seeking a skilled and innovative
Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement business solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform. In this role, you will build custom applications, automate workflows, and deliver data-driven insights that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making. This is a fully remote position ideal for someone with strong technical expertise and a passion for low-code/no-code development.
What You'll Do- Design and develop applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)
- Build and automate workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Develop chatbots and virtual agents using Power Virtual Agents
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and third-party systems
- Customize and extend Dataverse to support business data models
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize existing Power Platform applications
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance best practices are followed
What We're Looking For- 3-6+ years of experience in Power Platform development or related roles
- Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365 integrations
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and familiarity with APIs
- Understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and SQL
- Knowledge of Power Platform governance, security, and environment management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
Nice to Have- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400)
- Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience building enterprise-grade or scalable business applications
- Knowledge of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools
