Job Summary
We are seeking a Power BI Developer to support reporting, data pipelines, and automation. The ideal candidate will have strong Power BI expertise along with hands-on ETL and cloud data experience. Insurance industry experience is preferred but not required. Hands-on experience with dbt, S3, and Snowflake is required.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Develop semantic models and DAX calculations.
• Create operational, KPI, and internal reporting solutions.
• Own ETL processes from extraction through loading.
• Build and maintain data pipelines using dbt.
• Stage and prepare data for reporting.
• Work with Snowflake and S3-based data environments.
• Support Power Automate workflows.
• Maintain reporting solutions and associated data processes.

Required Qualifications
• Strong Power BI development experience.
• Hands-on experience with semantic modeling and DAX.
• End-to-end ETL experience.
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience with S3.
• Experience with dbt.
• Experience working across both BI development and data engineering.
• Experience with reporting, data pipelines, and automation.

Preferred Qualifications
• Insurance industry experience.
• Experience with ETL tools comparable to dbt.
