Title: Power BI Developer / Analytics Translator Reports to: VP / Manager of Data Analytics Location: Taunton, MA with potential for Hybrid work schedule

Role Summary

The Power BI Developer / Analytics Translator bridges the gap between business questions and analytics delivery. This role accelerates dashboard development, improves adoption, and significantly reduces ad-hoc demand on senior analytics staff.

Key Responsibilities
• Gather analytics requirements from business users
• Design and build Power BI dashboards and reports
• Translate business questions into visual analytics solutions
• Support KPI definition and documentation
• Conduct user training and enablement sessions
• Provide Tier-1 analytics support and office hours
• Create dashboard documentation and user guides

Hands-On Expectations
• Daily Power BI development
• Direct interaction with Marketing, Operations, Lending, and Finance
• Leading training and onboarding sessions

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• 2-5 years experience in BI or analytics
• Strong Power BI visualization skills
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Business-oriented mindset
