Position Summary

ECS is seeking a Power BI Architect - SME to support the Army National Guard ENOCS program by designing and implementing advanced enterprise reporting architectures and business intelligence frameworks. The selected candidate will play a critical role in developing data models, governance standards, and dashboard strategies that enhance executive reporting and operational decision-making capabilities. This position is integral to ensuring that the ARNG's data analytics initiatives align with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity policies, and data governance requirements.

Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement enterprise reporting architectures utilizing Power BI and related analytics platforms.
  • Establish and maintain data models and governance standards to support business intelligence initiatives.
  • Develop dashboard strategies and performance optimization approaches for enhanced reporting.
  • Coordinate with data engineers, application developers, and business stakeholders to integrate data sources.
  • Ensure data integrity and deliver scalable analytics solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
  • Support executive reporting and operational decision-making through advanced business intelligence frameworks.
  • Lead the development of performance optimization strategies to enhance data analytics capabilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and data governance requirements.
  • Oversee the implementation of business intelligence frameworks that support enterprise-wide initiatives.


Required Qualifications
  • Clearance: Secret Eligible required
  • S. Citizenship required
  • DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 632-Systems Developer at the Intermediate proficiency level
  • Certifications (one or more required): CSSLP, GCLD, GSEC
  • Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering
  • Extensive experience in supporting enterprise data analytics and reporting architecture within DoD or Federal IT environments
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing business intelligence frameworks using Microsoft Power BI
  • Proven ability to coordinate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver analytics solutions
  • Experience in establishing data governance standards and dashboard strategies
  • Ability to ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity policies
