About the Job

Chelsea, Manhattan | Five Days On-Site

$130,000-$150,000 Base + 0.25%-0.5% Equity

Ready to move beyond simply supporting software-and start shaping how advanced clinical technology is deployed within major healthcare organizations?

A rapidly growing clinical AI company backed by Mayo Clinic is hiring two exceptional early-career professionals to join its New York team.

The company has real customers, real revenue, experienced founders, and technology designed to help hospital leaders turn complex clinical and operational data into meaningful decisions.

You will serve as the critical bridge between healthcare customers and the engineering team-owning relationships, leading deployments, solving problems, and ensuring the technology creates measurable value.

This is not a traditional Customer Success role.

You will be trusted to:

  • Own customer relationships from implementation through ongoing success.
  • Lead meetings involving clinicians, executives, technical teams, and as many as 15 client stakeholders.
  • Translate customer needs into clear, actionable engineering requirements.
  • Manage deployments and integrations involving EMRs and hospital data systems.
  • Work comfortably with software platforms, data workflows, configuration tools, and SQL.
  • Train users and drive adoption across healthcare organizations.
  • Measure customer impact and identify opportunities for continued growth.
  • Help create the processes that will support the company's next stage.

The must-haves are firm:

  • One to three years of total professional experience-no less than one and no more than three.
  • Engagement management, or technical customer success.
  • Experience working at a Series A-D technology startup.
  • Bachelor's degree from a top-20 U.S. university.
  • Technical aptitude and familiarity with SQL, software systems, data workflows, and EMR integrations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both healthcare executives and software engineers.
  • Concise, confident communicator capable of independently leading complex client meetings.

U.S. citizenship required-Green Card holders and visa candidates do not qualify.

Based in New York City or genuinely willing to relocate (some assistance offered).

Able to work on-site five days per week in Chelsea.

Experience deploying AI/ML products, automation platforms, healthcare technology, or data-workflow tools is particularly attractive.

Why consider it?

  • $130,000-$150,000 base salary.
  • 0.25%-0.5% equity.
  • Backing from Mayo Clinic.
  • Relocation support available.
  • Direct exposure to sophisticated hospital customers.
  • High visibility and meaningful responsibility from day one.
  • The opportunity to influence how clinical AI is deployed in real healthcare environments.

This is a rare opportunity for someone early in their career who already has the polish, technical curiosity, and ownership mentality of a much more experienced professional.

Interested-or know someone who meets every requirement?

Please message me directly or send a résumé to .

Because the qualifications are highly specific, candidates should carefully review every requirement before responding.
