Full Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in portfolio management, program management, PMO, or technology governance, preferably in Banking and Financial Services.
• Proven experience managing a CxO-level portfolio across multiple programs, projects, and technology workstreams.
• Strong financial management skills covering planning, budgeting, forecasting, actuals, accruals, variance analysis, and cost optimization.
• Experience maintaining an integrated portfolio view of scope, investment, milestones, risks, dependencies, resources, and outcomes.
• Ability to translate executive priorities into actionable portfolio plans and recommend funding, capacity, and sequencing trade-offs.
• Strong portfolio governance, risk management, executive reporting, and escalation capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across Technology, Business, Finance, Risk, and Operations.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive accountability in a fast-paced global environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Own the CxO's consolidated portfolio, aligning initiatives with strategy, priorities, funding, capacity, and delivery commitments.
• Partner with the CxO and senior leadership to shape priorities, support decisions, and track agreed actions.
• Manage portfolio finances, including budgets, forecasts, actuals, accruals, variances, and cost optimization.
• Lead governance forums covering portfolio health, prioritization, financials, risks, dependencies, and executive decisions.
• Provide clear portfolio reporting on delivery, financial position, risks, resource constraints, outcomes, and required actions.
• Coordinate across program, finance, technology, business, risk, control, and vendor teams to validate data and resolve issues.
• Drive initiative prioritization and trade-off recommendations based on strategic value, funding, capacity, risk, and readiness.
• Standardize portfolio practices and prepare concise executive dashboards, presentations, and briefing materials.

Salary Range: $140,000 to $170,000 per year
