Summary

You will serve as a PORTFOLIO MANAGER in the FACILITIES AND SUPPORT SERVICES DIVISION (FSSD) of OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATION.

Duties

Help

  • You will oversee the formulation, justification, execution and administration of organizations budget program.
  • You will identify and analyze trends in the receipt, obligations, or expenditure of funds and/or mission workload to ensure that objectives of the annual financial plan are being met on a timely basis.
  • You will communicate orally, negotiate, and communicate in writing.
  • You will use agency specific guidelines and business practices, including statues, regulations, policies and procedures that cover different contract types.

  • Within the Department of Defense (DoD), the appointment of retired military members within 180 days immediately following retirement date to a civilian position is subject to the provisions of 5 United States Code 3326.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final Secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • This position requires the incumbent to maintain unescorted access to the Pentagon as a condition of employment.
  • The incumbent for this position is expected to participate in cross-functional team projects as management deems necessary.


Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

  • Experience with overseeing the planning and execution of communications, scheduling, budgeting, and contracting of facility service-related projects and programs
  • Experience with facility service-related projects and programs, and presenting reports and briefings to internal and external parties
  • Experience applying sophisticated project management and organizational principles
  • Experience reviewing program operating goals and developing budget estimates
