Responsible for driving strategic alignment, investment optimization, and value delivery across a multi-year portfolio. Serve as a critical connector between enterprise strategy and execution-ensuring technology investments are prioritized, sequenced, funded, and delivered to maximize business outcomes, operational agility, and measurable value. Provide end-to-end portfolio leadership including translating business strategy into actionable roadmaps, governing investment decisions, enabling predictable delivery, and providing executive-level transparency into performance, risks, and value realization. This is an on-site position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Temple, TX. What You'll Do: 3 Translate enterprise and supply chain strategies into an integrated, multi-year digital portfolio of initiatives, platforms, and capabilities aligned to strategic priorities and transformation goals. 3 Partner with senior business and technology leaders to define strategic themes, "North Star" outcomes, and measurable objectives (OKRs) tied to business value. 3 Ensure portfolio alignment across growth, modernization, innovation, and run-the-business investments. 3 Lead portfolio planning, sequencing, and scenario modeling to balance demand, capacity, and funding while optimizing flow and throughput. 3 Facilitate portfolio governance forums, steering committees, and investment review boards; enable data-driven decision-making around priorities, tradeoffs, and risks. 3 Partner closely with Finance to manage portfolio budgets, forecast spend, track variance, and support capital versus expense planning. 3 Ensure compliance with governance standards, including business cases, ROI assumptions, funding gates, KPIs, and value realization plans. 3 Provide portfolio-level oversight across programs and products to ensure delivery against committed scope, timeline, budget, and outcomes. 3 Establish and maintain portfolio health metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting across financial, operational, and customer dimensions. 3 Track and communicate value realization, benefits delivery, and outcome attainment throughout the lifecycle of initiatives. 3 Identify systemic delivery risks, cross-team dependencies, and bottlenecks; proactively drive mitigation, escalation, and alignment. 3 Develop executive-ready materials that clearly communicate portfolio status, investment performance, risks, and strategic insights. 3 Serve as a trusted advisor to VP+ leaders, enabling clarity, confidence, and alignment in portfolio decisions. 3 Act as a bridge between strategy and execution-ensuring leadership decisions translate into clear priorities and actions for delivery teams. 3 Champion modern delivery and portfolio practices, including Lean Portfolio Management, Agile and product-centric delivery, and OKRs. 3 Apply strategy acceleration techniques to decompose complex initiatives into actionable roadmaps with measurable milestones. 3 Lead portfolio retrospectives and maturity assessments to institutionalize learning and improve delivery effectiveness. 3 Continuously evolve portfolio processes, governance mechanisms, and reporting to improve transparency, speed, and decision quality. What We're Looking For: 3 Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Technology, or related field preferred. 3 Eight or more years of experience in portfolio management, program management, product management, strategy consulting, or enterprise PMO leadership. 3 Demonstrated experience supporting or leading large-scale digital transformation and enterprise technology portfolios. 3 Strong expertise in portfolio governance, financial planning, investment management, capacity modeling, and value measurement. 3 Proven ability to influence and align senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders in complex, matrixed organizations. 3 Ability to synthesize enterprise strategy into actionable portfolios, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes. 3 Experience within supply chain domains such as planning, S&AP/IBP, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, or fulfillment. 3 Familiarity with Lean Portfolio Management and Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and OKR methodologies. 3 Working knowledge of enterprise and supply chain platforms (e.g., ERP/SAP, WMS, TMS, data platforms, workflow systems). 3 Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to VP+ audiences. 3 This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely.
