About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Lease-Up Portfolio Manager to lead the successful stabilization of residential buildings in Seattle. This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives in the fast-paced, high-stakes environment of a lease-up-someone who knows how to build momentum, hit occupancy targets, and set a property up for long-term success.
