Full Job Description

Facilitates restaurant transactionswithin our Brands tohelp strengthen each of our brands and foster strong restaurant growth. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act asa project manager for the franchisee-to-franchisee transfer process; provide analytical support related to ROFR opportunities and make recommendations
  • Assistwith the management of the acquisition and disposition of corporate restaurants from the financial analysis stagethroughthe closing and post-closing true up.  
  • Provide analytical support for ad hoc business development situations within our Brands
  • The abovepercentages are estimates subject to change dramatically from month to month as events arise and priorities shift.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Preferred: MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 3+ years  of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate M&A.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Strong technical, analytical, andproblem-solvingskillswith an emphasis on financial returns
  • Sound knowledge of financial principles
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate through a Transaction Process involving Franchisees, Financing Institutions. Attorneys, Investment Bankers/BusinessBrokers,and Landlords
  • Ability to manage a process involving cross functional teams in the execution of M&A Financial Transactions
  • Advancedproficiencywith Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Pointand experience working with various Financial Systems and Valuation Models.  Working knowledge Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook 
  • Preferred: Negotiating Experience​
