Responsibilities- Manage and lead the Porsche shop team, providing guidance and support
- Monitor shop performance and implement strategies for improvement
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high standards
- Interact with customers to address any concerns and maintain satisfaction
- Oversee inventory, order supplies, and maintain shop equipment
Requirements- Prior experience in automotive repair and leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of Porsche vehicles and repair processes
