Key Responsibilities:
Greet and consult with customers to understand their vehicle needs.
Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and vehicle repairs.
Schedule appointments and communicate with customers throughout the repair process.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of service orders.
Build lasting relationships by delivering excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For:
Prior experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (luxury vehicle experience preferred).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes.
