QualificationsASSESSMENT FACTORS
1. Interprets and applies Federal, Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and Agency and emerging security policies and procedural guidelines related to security related activities.
2. Independently utilizes a variety of tools and methodologies to design information gathering as appropriate for the project and objectives and performs quality control checks and trains junior personnel on tools and methodologies.
3. Plans, organizes, prioritizes, and schedules own work activities to complete assignments in timely and effective manner.
4. Demonstrates progressively greater understanding of governance & procedural publications & applies understanding to the conduct of credibility assessments programs.
5. Actively listens, without interruption or emotion, and respects diverse viewpoints while interacting with others about sensitive topics or challenging issues within teams.
HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS
1. Experience serving as a primary Quality Control (QC) Officer, Unit Chief, or Program Manager within a federal polygraph program.
2. Experience planning, executing, and leading CONUS/OCONUS TDY polygraph missions.
3. Possession of advanced certifications from the National Center for Credibility Assessment (NCCA), such as the Post-Test Elicitation Course (PTEC), PCS/Supervision Course, or advanced quality assurance training.
